1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website and services of The Meat Counter ("we", "us" or "our"), a premium butcher shop registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 960008, TRN 105165734200003), operating from Glitz Residence 3, Tower 2, Shop 1, Dubai Studio City, Dubai. We sell fresh meat and gourmet items in store and online, with delivery across the United Arab Emirates and click & collect. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Ordering

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address and contact number. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order or delivery details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurs, or fraudulent activity is suspected. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include VAT at 5%. Prices are subject to change without notice. The total payable for an order is the product total plus the delivery fee shown at checkout.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) processed securely by paymennt.com, a licensed UAE payment services provider, or by Cash on Delivery (cash or card presented to the driver). Card details are entered on paymennt.com's secure payment page and are never stored on our servers.

4. Products and Weights

Our cuts are prepared by hand to order. For items sold by weight, the actual weight may vary slightly from the indicative weight shown online; where the difference is significant, our team will contact you and the price will be adjusted accordingly. Product photographs are illustrative.

6. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated window provided at checkout, but we cannot guarantee specific delivery times. See our Delivery Policy for coverage, fees and timelines.

7. Third Parties

Card payments are processed by paymennt.com, a licensed UAE payment services provider. Deliveries are fulfilled by The Meat Counter's own delivery team.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products and services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend or update these terms at any time. Your continued use of our products and services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
