Refund, Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is out for delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +971 56 540 1644 with your order number. If the order is already out for delivery when you cancel, we may deduct the delivery fee from your refund.
Refunds
- Card payments are refunded to the original card through paymennt.com. Refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days of the cancellation being confirmed; the time for the funds to reach your account depends on your issuing bank (typically 5–14 business days).
- Orders paid in cash are refunded by bank transfer (we will ask for your account details) or as store credit, at your choice.
- Where only part of an order is affected (for example a single item), we refund or replace that item rather than the whole order.
Returns and Exchanges
Because fresh meat is perishable, we do not accept returns or cancellations after delivery, except where products arrive damaged, spoiled or incorrect.
To file a claim for a damaged, spoiled or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp at +971 56 540 1644 or by email at info@themeatcounter.net.
- Attach photographs or a video of the affected products.
- Keep the product refrigerated until our team has reviewed the claim.
Approved claims are resolved within 2–3 business days by replacement or refund, at your choice.
