Delivery Policy

Coverage

We deliver across the seven Emirates of the United Arab Emirates from our shop in Dubai Studio City. Orders are prepared fresh and packed in insulated packaging to preserve the cold chain, so please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery.

Delivery Fees

The delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout from your address:

• Dubai — within 15 km of our shop: AED 15
• Dubai — beyond 15 km: AED 20
• Sharjah: AED 25
• Other Emirates: AED 45
• Click & Collect at the shop: free

Delivery is free on orders of AED 350or more, and on your first order. A minimum order of AED 100 applies to delivery orders (no minimum for Click & Collect).

Delivery Timelines

• Dubai: orders placed before 17:00 are usually delivered the same day (typically within about 4 hours). Orders placed after 17:00 are delivered the next day. You can also choose a delivery slot at checkout.
• Sharjah: delivery days vary seasonally — in summer, every day except Wednesday; from September, on Wednesdays and Fridays.
• Other Emirates: usually within 1–2 days.
• Our team confirms the delivery window on WhatsApp after you place your order.

Estimated delivery times may be affected by incomplete addresses, peak periods and weather conditions.

Click & Collect

You can collect your order free of charge from our shop: Glitz Residence 3, Tower 2, Shop 1, Dubai Studio City, Dubai — from 9:00 to 20:00 (in summer, the shop is closed on Wednesdays). Choose the pickup option at checkout.

Payment Methods

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit / debit cards (processed securely by paymennt.com) and Cash on Delivery (cash or card presented to the driver).
